for example, Law of Cause and Effect (Karma) and Law of Reincarnation:
people are suffering right now bisan ug buotan... why? it is because of the misdeeds in the previous reincarnations... of which they are paying right now... and to those nga hayahay karon and then committed misdeeds but then hayahay gihapon, they are thinking nga "kung naa pa karma, naglisod na unta ko karon" pero wala man... they don't know about those laws... they may not pay in this present reincarnation but on the next reincarnation na... so knowing these laws, nagbinuotan naka karon and commit no more misdeeds until all of the karmas are paid, if not in this present reincarnation mabayran tanan karma then sa next na then there will be no more suffering na

conquer your fears. mao ra... your fears limit your potential to grow..

example
your fear of offending someone limits your actions to those actions that are good in their eyes even if not for your best interests
your fear of public appearance limits your potential to become a celebrity
your fear of dogs prevents you from meeting new canine friends..

proving reincarnation is not something nga pareha sa school nga i prove nimo nga ang boiling point of water is 100 degree celcius... or water will boil, then evaporate, then back to liquid again nga makita or masabtan sa imong brain ug 5 senses

it is something that can be understood only by our souls because it is the soul that reincarnates, having different bodies... just like when you believe God... you just believe Him but you cannot prove that He really exists... but through higher level of consciousness (above human consciousness) you can prove His existence and it is the soul that can expand consciousness... this is the same as Reincarnation... you can never prove it with any human consciousness, using your brain and your 5 senses
