Anime taught me to be strong, never give up despite all the difficulties I'll encounter. It taught me the value of friendship, preservation of life, and fighting for what you believe in. I learned a lot from animè actually.

.. this probably is one of the most stupid threads i've encountered in istorya.net. anyway, it can't be helped that there are people who are so close-minded and are too self-righteous.

.. it's such a pity that the thread starter sees things this way. Does he even have a life or something that he's basing and blaming our kid's lack of intelligence to anime-watching ??

CatstevenBetonio: 2. Because it promotes atheism and makes no acknowledgement of God

    What a narrow-minded statement.

No law states that anime should be based on Christianity, or any faith for that matter.

There is also no law that requires anime to mention or honor any god.

Because it spreads immorality disguised as "culture trends", "art", and "fads"
    Culture trends?
    Art?
    Fads?

You write in most of your posts to THINK. Yes, we do think. Making our minds work helps us in living through society.

I guess you're the one that needs to think.

Anime is a way for one to divert his/her attention from the pressures of work/school/etc. Yes, praying and going to church is one thing, but Anime is also another.

You say that all Filipinos should read the bible, go to church, and pray to God. I do those things, but also watch Anime.

And besides, look at the background of your picture on your first post in this thread, if i can see clearly (although not so much because of your big head), it is an arcade. So dba, maglingaw2x mn ta dha? Dba it's also a place to have fun. It's a CULTURE TREND that we got from another country (not sure where). So is with anime, which we got from Japan.

So if you want to ban anime, also ban that place where you took you're picture from. Ka mai nimo noh? Paadtoon lng mi nimo pirmi sa simbahan niya picture2x sad ka dha?

But if pwede sir kay ayaw lng i.lock ang thread kay i want to see how this guy really wants to express his "loyalty" to religion and "hate" to media.
