NDA - If you are not familiar with that, Im not surprise the level where you at. I dont pick clients or work. Like i said in my previous post, We do the Dirty work they outsource to us. Obviously You arent in this business for a long while. SEO outsouce work with each other

Lets say i have this PRODUCT "backlink power" Then another SEO has "backlink Booster". - Since Im smart I will talk partnership with the Fellow SEO and not try to compete with him. Then I can offer a NEW services combining both products to my existing clients.

NDA is common practice bro to protect you and your client. Obviously you only had a few Big cLients. If you get a Really Big Client then contact me I can give you NDA to protect your interest as well not just your client.


you know what to do so these clients won't know of course you're an seo.

I sign a multi million contract,long term service and I have 45 people Staff that depends on me. you think i will breach that contract satisfy your curiosity?

SEO dont talk about clients period. Well maybe in this level its ok to you guys.. but on the other side of the fence we dont.

Ok since i have time lets educate this "SEO" people here.

Why clients dont want people to know they are using your service?
If your service works, then people will use your service. The clients competition will use your service as well. Now if it does wonder clients site, then the client dont want competition using same system (usually they think of you as Secret Weapon). in my part as well, I dont want them to know clients competing against each other using me more client more money. if they know they want to have exclusivity which is understandable. U dont want that. less money.

Whats NDA?
Non disclosure Agreement. This protect the client. if client gives you "Asset" like sites, passwords and other stuff that can be use against them. It also protect them by you not turning against them like competing with them in the Future. I modified the NDA that protects our side as well and seems acceptable to them.

You see, this business if you want to make it big is not just spamming and stuff. What am telling you guys now is when you make it big already, this stuff are the ones you deal with, there is no school that can teach you to manage online business. I learn all this the hard way. When you make it big someday, comeback to this thread and see ur replies, its worth the laugh.

Not writer. I have an article writing site. If you mean me flaunt, i think its sharing and making a point as when u read the post here, Pinoy crab mentality is rampant. U only get respect when u make a point. I never would want to flaunt but try it yourself and talk to people here. lets see if u can withstand the talangka mentality and survive and not "FLAUNT".

Naa ta gigamit a few terms not use in SEO, as this is to make this topic understandable to everyone. If you put there KEI, Niche, Hammer, tubemogul etc... people starting out will get lost. With a little effort and direction u will get there.

What do i get in DP and warrior when i talk seo? i do participate with discussions there. Having different user name there doesnt mean i dont exist there.

Well, the School idea - I saw the Schools here in cebu that Teach SEO. Sad to say they only make u a virtual assistant. Not SEO. I use to teach in an International School as computer Teacher. I became Provincial Information Officer and IT officer before as well. When I started this business It was only me. Now we have 45+ people and fastest growing SEO- BPO here in cebu. So when i think of putting up a school im not about to put up a crappy one. about the codes i cant see whats the connection of what code i write to putting up a school u dont need to learn how to code to become and SEO. Im saying that as one of the biggest profile backlinking site, a friend of mine from singapore, only 22 years old dont know anything about coding. yet he is one of the most respected SEO in the world. Now i personally know him. He isnt one of the best because he is a coder but rather he sees where to make money where others dont. He owns an article site yet he outsouce and earn more than the source site. he outsource the backlinking to us. So in the eyes of the Warrior people he is the best. But to me he was just great in seeing Opportunity. He knows that money begets money. uses the right resources and gets the Credibility. Imagine that. He need not do what you guys endure. He just study the concept of SEO. Then we the "dirty work". After a month or 2 of experiment he sees result and makes a report in Warrior. He gets the accolade

But the engine, the people behind him are earning great, no recognition but doesnt matter. We make money as well. SEO has 2 sides, the Planning and the execution. We can do both. We accept both sides. It doesnt make me lesser person to accept other SEO project to outsource. Its money, more jobs and more people to help. I just notice that there is more money to make in the outsource job side and more people i can help to work. So it wouldnt hurt if i take both sides. Others specialize in one side only. I get them all.


Have you guys been to the last BPO-summit? sad to say the people there, i mean the speakers and all are talking about our future and they dont know anything about what we do. We are the next biggest thing after the Call center. funny thing they think we are the same as call center. The good thing about SEO - BPO, I employ some people who are just High school graduate. No need to speak great english. U just dont make this person interact with client. They can still work, be productive and earn way more than most High school Graduate As Virtual Assistant(non voice) .

and what do you think about copying articles from article directories like ezine and paste it into your autoblog or linkwheel to create back links . does it penalized or hurt your money site..

I always practice safety measure so i havent experience "sandbox effect" with all my client. But i do get a lot of question about this topic. However, as with many SEO, I tend to disagree with this. I think that Sandbox is Niche related. The time the penalty is lifted, only google knows. This is one area many SEO people are confuse or clueless as well.

copying Articles ezine is a nono. Its copyrighted to the owner. Ezine is not an article distribution site but rather Prides itself of High PR and High credibility because of the article quality. So meaning, only the article owner can republish it to other site. What we do is we submit article first to ezine. Then to other article sites.


I cant say what effect you get from google out of this but u will lose credibility as the owner will request the sites where u posted that you posted a duplicate site without permission to the owner.

The Possible effect on SEO is that Google algo will be "surprise" as the backlink u made are gone. Copyscape and google has agreement, i dont know if this covers dupe content but this type of activity, u will not get a good result out of this.
