I wanted to get more info, so I
- emailed them multiple time, never got any response
- send SMS messages to their cell phone number from their website, never got any response
- filled out the web form, never got any response
This IS weird, isn't it? Looks like they don't need any subscriber, if they can't even reply...?
So, again, WHO is dealer in Cebu?

I do not like this part-timer dealer which disappear after a couple of month.
What i want is a proper dealer address, with phone number, cellphone and email.
Would be great if you could provide that.

You're right softtouch, contacting though email or the manila phone will get you nowhere. I tried asking in Smart at SM Cyberzone but during that time their marketing process was still in infancy and they ended up giving me the same email and numbers that didn't work. The dumb sales person even said it was a cable service (que horror!).
Their dealer here in Cebu is Akromont and their phone number 343-7475. Try looking for Kharen (must be the same girl who replied here) or just say its for Cignal.
They have an office in Guizo, but being from the island I also glanced that they have an office at MGA Arcade (Thats the building in AC Cortes Avenue)
