Exercise is a great stress reliever. Stress can cause fatigue, heart problems and some mental disorders as well. Look for healthy ways to cope; for example, if it is stress at work try to find ways to break down your job into smaller more manageable tasks. If it is relationship stress, find someone to talk to that can you offer you an objective point of view and maybe give you some helpful advice and also don't forget to take vitamin c daily cause it will help you fight stress.. That's what I do..

1st of all, pray to God about sa imong mga problema. "trust in the Lord for he is GREAT and do not lean on your understanding". ayaw cge problema. itugyan nas ginoo. remember our GOD is a HUGE GOD not small. nya sleep atleast 8 hrs a day. take enervon, effective jud cya! nya smile! wide grin jud! wahahahaha
get laid or do some exercise/fun physical activity... like getting laid or sports. yeah.
ayaw padala sa problem ibilin nya sleep sayu...
rest for 8 hours and have 2 hours of gym..would be ok on my end.
kung stress ko, ganahan ko mokaon ug halo2..hehe. pabugnaw sa utok!
