need help bout eperformax, unsa ka tinuod na ang allowance sa traning kay Php100.00 ra? and possible ba nga while you are in.training, dli ka matagaan sa imo allowance?

i believe this is true while you are on your "DIET" training which will be for 3-5 days depending on your english proficiency.

DIET training is similar to an english proficiency screening/english communication training... if your english sucks after 5 days of DIET, emax wont hire you. now why should emax pay a huge sum for a screening wherein you will get a chance to improve your english communication skills? but for PST (product specific) training (after diet graduation) a trainee is entitled to a basic pay, similar to that of a regualr agent minus performance bonuses.

once you're on training, you'll receive your training allowance real time meaning tagaan mo sa trainer ug cash everday.. then you'll receive your certification bonus after the training..

6 weeks man amu training bro.. and we're given 150php per day.. and if we will pass the certification, we will receive 5k.. hehehe
