Here in America...the tagalog speaking people talks in english with that Kris Aquino accent....

We Cebuanos after a few weeks here can talk like the Americans...our accent is easier in the ears....unlike the tagalogs.

You hear it all the time in Asian or Pinoy grocery stores like the well know Seafood City Grocery store and in Goldilocks and Chow KIng branches in Los Angeles.

Where is your Ankel by the way?

...... you guys should here and see these tagalog people in the Philippine Consulate renewing or getting passports....
...... you would think these people would learn how to line up considering they've been living in America for quite a while....still they bump into the lines...especially these older ones...... talk about their drama in life...OUT LOUD.......really embarassing.

I have a friend who told me her experience in manila. Naa siyay nakaila na taga manila pud and this particular girl was very curious about how people go about here in Davao. She was literally shocked to know that we have decent roads, she thought we were using kalabaw power as our form of transportation. Mas na shock siya pagkabalo niya naay malls ang davao, and ateneo school.

klaro kaau na bugo jud to siya. wala siguro siya kaila ug television or newspapers.

people from the visayas are better english-speakers. most tagalogs don't bother to learn, coz they think their tagalog will get them anywhere
