hahaha...wa man ko mag take ug mga gluta oi....hadlok ko basin maguba akoa kidneys...anyway....kojic acid soap raman akoa gamit....the results may take some time but its worth it...other than that...omega-3 supplements...ug.....tubig...lots of tubig...hahaha
