    Exactly right.. makalagot jud kaau nang makadungog ko nga naa moana "ay nagcallcenter ra diay ka? sayanga oi..." so what? If they just know how you need to be composed each time you talk to your customers plus all the pressure you feel under the management, surely they'll give it a second thought. I'm proud to be a callcenter agent and always will be.

    discriminate lng mo dha, bottom line is... di mn ang nag discriminate nag sweldo namo mga callcenter agents. ang company man. so bring it on. discriminate till you get your lips swollen.
    bitaw, maka ingon lng cguro ko nga worst callcenter na siya kng through financial process ang palpak cge.
    to think lng sd nga pangwarta gud ato reason why mo trabaho ta.

    nag katawa ko nagbasa kay i know gyd sa name ani na company and owner ani mismo...
    i was a tier 2 tech email support ani heheheheh kulang pana description sa company and i think mao ni mo daog sa pinaka worst na call center if callcenter ba gyd ni....
    no offense sa nag work dri im just stating facts her mga bro og sis, I dnt knw wer to start..

    sa amo tym k2 nag work pako naa ghpon nang 15 mins log in and log out b4 ur shft starts and ends if dli ka ka log in or out den considered late knowing d fact na dli pana start sa imo shft, joke kaau!

    2nd if ma late ka considered as absent ang deduction in short wala ka swldo ana na day

    3rd ang workplace naa sud sa residential compund. ang isa ka work station kay internet cafe by morning nya ig gbie work station na ang ika duha kay nag tukod cla og car tent den gtabunan lang ang isa ka kilid hehhhehe

    4th ma looy ko sa nag trabaho dra b4 kay d gyd nmo ma question ang dedication ang tag iya mismo kay abusado kaau murag kinsa kay nag salig cguro na amerkano cya manyagit og empleyado in public pa gyd murag unsa ka dak a ang swldo gbayad! 8k ra bya ang monthly mura og minimum wage workers!!!

    lastly and ako gi kalagutan nko sa tanan ga duda gyd ko na d na cla legal na company kay k2 na nag start cla og kuha og tax sa mga employees dako kay ko og deduction ma abot og 1k+ nya ako swldo d kaabot og 5k dako ra gyd kaau den ako nahibungan gyd kay wala pako ni pass og requiremnts for sss and pag-big etc. pero nag sugod na cla og deduct nako den if ull ask the accountant about it ambotan lang ka mura gbogoan gyd nako.

    for the record- ila alibi pirmi bawt d company kay its still growing daw pero just found out sa ako fren na 1 year plus na diay na cla den gi check na nako cla sa BIR found out wala gyd na cla dd2 pero wen i check d name sa owner ang ni gaws kay name sa wife na filipina na head sa HR den d funny thing is naka register cya as a INTERNET CAFE hmmmm....... well anyways wal nmn ko dd2 and wala nsad ko follow up so wa nko khbw sa karon den naa mana pending case ang owner ana with his ex employee.
