Hi ive pm'd you and even texted you but wala ka mo reply. I wanted to know more of your plans before joining in. naa koy question, dont u think na its much better if you have na a business in mind bale mga lay outs sa probable business before pulling in money? Mga doable business with 100K (1,000 x 100 members) bec. sa nakalista sa inyong probable business to venture into..naay uban na dili pwede with a start up capital of 100 thousand. For example You mentioned call center business based on experience, a small call center business would require you to have 10M to 15M. Food cart franchise for malls ranges 150K to 350K.
Pls. enlighten me on this. thanks.

the idea here is to start small and eventually venture into big type of businesses....say start with 15k food franchise then into higher venture in the near future...etc, etc.....anyway there is a plan for another meet up so we can air our concerns regarding this matter

i think it is alright kon mag pool ta daan ug funds for this project para ma established nato kon kinsa jod ang interested, galing ug nagsakay sakay lng ning uban, so masayang atong efforts....the opportunities are there but we are not doing anything, the rich get in and grabbed on that opportunity.....a little later anha pa ta mo move to grab that opportunity when it is already gone...i guess this project had been long overdue so it is now the best time to make a good start

guys, let me clear this thing to everyone... and i do value everybodys inputs... im no
superman... hehehe.. konting pasensya po sakin....

    1. kindly reserve your "best" questions when we meet (im bombarded with questions both PM and
text coz i know youre all that excited. believe me, were all "that" excited. well, i can answer 1 to 2 questions ninyo but it would lead to another set of questions. i know how a "businessman" thinks that
1 or 2 questions is not enough... you gotta be satisfied...)

    2. the types of business ive presented in the previous posts nako, we'll gonna do it one at a time...
    i know 100 x P1,000 - P100,000 is a small amount... that's why, i encourage all investors to "START small
but THINK big"... i appreciate the rests who believe in the vision of the project... and it will require
one heck of a team effort (that's where you all come in)....

    3. real businessmen do "stretch" their imagination... (i'll explain to you later), i wouldnt offer this
"idea" if it wont work... (im no self-proclaimed business expert...hehehe... but i think you have a grasp
whether what i say makes sense or not...)

    4. ive seen lots of business ideas in this forum but it never materialized... let's create the culture of "action-oriented" individuals...

    5. and bout the investment? it's a calculated risk... hehehe...

"in business, the one who can see the needs of the market and able to supply that need will be a surefire winner. it's all bout the ability ro recognize opportunities." - smurky

some of the business concepts nga i-implement nato:

    1. call center industry - we wont be creating a new call center, buy computers and hire call center agents. you'll gonna need a whooping millions of capital to make that happen.
every call centers have their own "store" where the employess can purchase (thru salary/payroll
deduction) items like pillows, glassss, umbrella, t-shirts, jackets, etc...
our group will supply the items... the good thing bout it? it's 100% payment collection effiecient. 0% bad debt... you get the picture? hehehe....

    2. publishing business - familiar of Entrepreneur magazine? or cosmopolitan magazine? or FHM ??(oops...basin ma-censored ta ani... hehehe)?? ang capital required nila is P5,000 to get magazine variants... when it's sold, ginansya ta og P2,000... way labot ana ang newspapers and tabloid materials...

    3. real state - lets say an apartment cost P6,000-P8,000. it has 2 rooms... you can create 3 double decks for each room. then you have 12 tenants. let them pay the water and electricity bill. each person rents P1,000/month. whats your gross? P12,000/monthly collection. minus the P6,000-P8,000/monthly rental. how much is your profit? it's P4,000-P6,000. thats what you call "passive" income.

again, we're starting small but were definitely THINKING BIG.... what can you say?
you have to stretch your imagination....

... got bigger plans lined up but it requires bigger capital.... will do it one single step... but we'll do it faster....

    who's with me?

got an important announcement later.... swerte tong first 20 persons nga 100% sure na to do this...
mark my word.... and its a bold idea...

let's get the ball rolling!!!! salamat sa tiwala....
