McCain better for the Philippines. ppffft! Bush was so good to the Philippines and the rest of the world. McCain is a carbon copy.

Yes, we really need government to dictate morality instead of giving people rights to choose. What people choose is up to them and God, not government. What is next? ... be Christian or else? Sounds like Nazi Germany to me.

...di kaayo ko sure sa uban issues..but at least of these i am:

    - mccain in his 26 years of service voted AGAINST alternative fuel 23 times...(he is pro oil companies)
    - he voted with bush 90% of the time...so if the last 8 years was how they run america....then big chance if he gets in he has the same ideas/style with dubya..so good luck america he he he
    - during the debate ..he never looked at obama...except for the few seconds in the beginning where they shook hands....gi pangutana iya campaign staff...senior advisers etc...wa may na ka tubag he hehe...basin racist ni si mccain nya suwawan sa ka itom ni obama he he he

pero ang ako jud gi hulat ang VP debate...unsaon na lang tawn...i hope dili kunis kunison ni biden si palin kay ka guapa ra ba

Watching the debate again, I also noticed this. Weird really. I agree, the VP debate will be fun. Sarah Palin so far hasn't made known her stance on foreign policy and the current economic situation. Though I don't expect Biden to eat her up, I wonder what she has to say about her qualifications as VP. So far she's just been nasty, being content to bash her opponent's age, when McCain's older.

GIBSON: Do you agree with the Bush doctrine?

    PALIN: In what respect, Charlie?

^Yep, that was a train wreck alright.

If we follow your logic, then the government should repeal all laws on murder, theft, etc. After all, THOSE laws also dictate morality to the people and suppress the "right to choose". Yeah right. Absurd to the max.

Obama voted against a version of the Born Alive Infant protection Act, which would have protected babies who survived abortion attempts and were actually born alive. I guess he doesn't think such babies -- already born -- are worth protecting.

As for train wrecks, Obama's saying that knowing when human life begins is "above my pay grade" is the biggest cop-out of the campaign. Being President should be above his pay grade as well. What a trapo!
