if you cant sleep, get up from ur bed and stop forcing yourself na mka-slp ka. drink hot milk or do something else until u get sleepy again. dont try to drink alcohol ky makasamot in the long run. effective jud kaayu, try praying the rosary...dukaun ka after and makes u feel good too!

I have problems on sleeping early, i lie down 10pm but still sleep by 1am, whatever i do di gyud ko katulog!!!!
