thanks for your reply onion, that makes sense to me.. i ended up buying a spyderco delica, will post when i get it in the mail hopefully in a few days.. i wanted the mini grip but the delica was almost half the price! and also i decided the endura was a little too big.

Onion has a very good point. what i meant by subjective is that if the officer whp sees your knife measures the whole knife blade and not just the part that is sharpened... and it is over the limit he can confiscate it.... so if you are unlucky and the officer decides he likes you knife he can "decide" that it is over the limit and therefore illegal.

oh and NEVER and i mean EVER say your knife is for self defence! it implies an intention to use as a weapon so it becomes premeditated, always give a concrete use for it in your everyday line of work, I.e. to open the boxes that arrive at my desk or as a letter opener... hehehe important thing is it should be a sensible use

Nice advice Nills, may I butt in? I started with swiss knives, unfortunately the latest they all got lost or misplaced. I just bought a Leatherman Wave, it is far better than the original regular Letherman because it is not hard on your hands when you use the pliers. It has lesser tools but they are pretty useful. But before I suck my last breath, I wish I could get back my Mauser folding knife I lost somewhere in the 80's. It had a green grip with a 4" blade. It meant so much for me kay it took me my whole 3 month's allowance to get that knife. I even had the trouble of engraving my name in it. Whoever possesses this knife of mine, I am willing to pay double it's current price.

i just bought a folding knife sa solingen sa SM kay nagsale man sila. unsa man inyo feedback ane nga brand? ok raba ne? how about this CRKT Zillatool, asa ta kapalit ane?

The solingen knives are good knives, made of good steel, and if you take care of them they should last you a while and serve you well.especially for the price, had one (and still do) but had a problem with the pocket clip, which broke, but the knife itself was pretty good
As for the zilla tool they have them in stock in Hahn Manila in SM, but not sure how much they are though... last i saw them they were about 2300,these multi-tools have had pretty good reviews.....
