Why is Marijuana ILLEGAL in the Philippines?

most of you say its bad because people abuse it, How about nicotine (normal smokes) people abuse that ( i saw the saddest shit in the world the other day right in front of mini stop near my school i saw 2 kids about 5-6 years old smoking...is that not abuse) how about alcohol people abuse that as well and become alcoholic) if Cannabis is illegal for the mere fact that people abuse it then shouldn't tobacco and alcohol be illegal as well considering the fact that they kill more people than marijuana has ever done in its entire life time (ZERO 0). People PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE research for yourself if you don’t believe me and see that Marijuana is not harmful to your health nor the people around you.

You want to know why I think Marijuana is illegal; If marijuana becomes legal smoke companies like Marlboro and so on will lose customers as people see the health benefits of smoking marijuana( healthier, no risk of lung cancer, increased appetite, can help asthma patients eliminating the need for inhalers which just push chemicals down your troth “Face it inhaling herbal medicine is better then chemicals” since it increases appetite it is good for those people diagnosed with cancer who have minimum appetite which leads to lose of energy and body mass.) since the government gets big big tax from tobacco companies and a lose of customers can reduce the governments tax income. NOT ONLY THAT… I believe it is illegal too because if it where to become legal paper and gas companies will get effected as well, people will switch to paper made from hemp as it saves trees (with global worming trees are more precise than ever) Cannabis/ Marijuana can also be made into biodiesel a renewable source of energy chipper coz we can always plant more (Cannabis is a weed it can grow anywhere and will grow anywhere ) Oil companies and paper companies will get effected by this severely and again like I mentioned earlier so will the government since they get so much tax from these companies.

If marijuana where made legal we can tax it make it another commodity in the market just like rice, corn, sugar and so on. As I mentioned in my earlier post it can give farmers who are under the injustice hand of poverty another source of income. It can make this beloved country of ours THE PHILIPPINES one of the nations in the world where marijuana is legal opening the gates of tourism even wider but this time not for ***,( you can see so many foreigners coming here for *** it’s a fitly portion of this country but it is true *** is being sold as a commodity,) wouldn’t it be better if people came to the Philippines to relax having the finest Philippine gold berating fresh air from biodiesel cars which run on locally made fuel from cannabis. If cannabis became legal people wont be scared of it any more (because now people are blind they believe what their parents told them, and what their parents-parents told their parents which the government forced upon them.”””””What was this? This lie that was forced upon people to believe and be scared of, to tell their children so their children will be scared as well and their children’s children and so on, What was this lie? MARIJUANA IS BAD, IS YOU USE IT , IT WILL KILL YOU, IT WILL KILL ALL YOU LOVE, IT WILL MAKE YOU A BAD PERSON, IT WILL MAKE YOU A SINNER, A RAPIST AND SO ON….IN SHORT THEY SAID IF YOU USE CANNABIS IT WILL MAKE YOU A BAD PERSON WHO GOES TO HELL””””) and if people are not scared of marijuana it will lead them to discover new things about this miracle plant which could who knows cure future sicknesses.
So people PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU don’t say marijuana is ad for the mere fact that people abuse it( it won’t kill you, you can’t OD(overdose) it will only make you really hungry then haha really sleepy) research, give real facts why it is illegal or should remain illegal
I will say again if you don’t believe me, look at these sites and see how many people get effected or I should say not effected by using MARIJUANA compared to other drugs.

I am so so sorry for giving a very long post if most of you are like me you will just skip it haha i hope not especially if you are against CANNABIS...Read it and ask why is this herb illegal in our country lets get together and legalize it

You say marijuana will lead to harder drugs how both beer, it leads to harder drinks like vodka, whisky and so on, they can’t hurt you haha they will destroy liver faster. I LOVE MARIJUANA and I will not stop until the day one person can give me pure fact about ti being bad, real facts that show the negative effects it has on the body. The only time Marijuana has ever killed very very rear was when the user mixed it with other things like alcohol, other drugs (in short when marijuana was mixed with other influences.)

But Marijuana is illegal in most areas because the gov't cannot tax the product. People can GROW it at home, work or in the fields near there homes. i agree with i_like how he loves it and wont stop until proven facts come out about the plant. Because god made pot and man studied the effects. And a fact is that stoners has a problem with short term memories. that's all i can say, coz i lost my trail of thought...420

In Alaska and California, residents are allowed to grow a certain amount of marijuana plants. Alaska is 4lbs per household.
