Ok ra ang work sa call center, ang prob is ang shifting schedule or worse, GY forever.
sa akoa lang jud huh, working as a call center agent, is not really good for the health.. yes u may have big bucks, but ang imu sad girisgo ang imu sad health.,. kana lang daan night shift ka pirme, kadaku na ana nga sayup.. unya mo ana sad nga makabawi kag tulog sa adlaw,.. mind you, lahi rajud imung tulog basta gabie kaysa sa adlaw.. student pako, reklamu man gani ko anang 3 consecutive night shifts, kana na ba nuon halus magpirme na..
-- sleep is one of the main ways to boost ones immune system.. unya unsaon mana pagboost ana run nga kung kana palang daan sikwati naka..
just sayin..
ka daghan nightshift nga trabaho
1. factory workers = naa uban exposed sa chemicals
2. medical personel (nurse, doctor, etc) = mas health risk kai exposed sa sakit
3. security and military personel = daghan nila delikado ang kinabuhi
daghan pud mga gamers (example: dota players) nga mag binuntagay ug duwa
yes daghan man nightshifts, i understand your point.. but what i'm sayin' here sir is 'working on a consecutive nights'.. yes kana mga non call center agents, naa man sad sila nightshifts but not the same sched as the call center agents.. yes medical personnel is mas risgo kay exposed sa sakit (im one of those), but please know we do have our vaccines, and those other that could boost the immune system.. mao na ako point diri brad.. and again -- a good sleep is one of those important elements on boosting ones immune system.. so sa kana palang daan, sikwati na..
shifting shed is really bad for the health but it's a matter of habits(sleeping habits, eating habits, and avoid smoking, drinking beers etc) and all will be well.
..working in night shift for almost 4yrs and im still alive. never been hospitalized, no grave disease.
we have like around 800+ agents working in night shift and all are fine. we rotate shift every month and it's been like this forever. (except me, almost 4yrs straight nako night shift) It's not just sleep that can boost immune system, vitamins (NOT VACCINES), your diet, lifestyle etc..
