to be able to do handbalancing and soon one arm handstand balancing, kanang balance nga dili lang picture ang i post sa instagram ug facebook, pero video gyud nga makabalance for at least 10 secs on one arm and then back again to two arm handstands and land with control.

basta maayong lawas lang. eat fruits everyday. walking before and after work. jogging during weekends. eat healthy and sleep 8hours.
