God is just as He is loving. He loves a person not based on something that they accomplish but because it's his nature to love. Then again it doesn't mean he will give up justice. BTW, no He did not create them to be gay. It was the curse of sin that made them that way. Now, it's their choice to continue that way of life or draw near to the Savior and be freed from that sin.
