i'm having trouble w/ my left hand grip during deadlifts, pull-ups/chin-ups/pull-downs. kaya pa unta nako ug 1-2 reps more pero makabuhi gyud akong left hand. 2x man gud nabali akong left forearm when i was in high school kay kulang sa calcium. as a result, mas mugbo akong fingers sa left hand. any advice?
^use lifting straps brad kung maka bantay ka di na makaya sa imong mga fingers. chalk kung naa, ok ra pud. nay daghang baligya ana sa mga sports shop.

functional strength & fat burning.
if you want to look emaciated & don't have any athletic gifts you can try long distance running.
