^^^ lack of space... lack of equipment...ang ROI of buying serious gym equipments at home kay dugay kaaau. not unless your an oly lifter pwede ra oly plates and oly barbell. pero bisan pa mahal gihapon kaau ang equipment.

i've been avoiding squats, deadlifts, dumbbell exercises nga need magbarog ig execute, and leg extention ky maka.trigger jd cya sa akong luyo. last december nitukar na sab. perteng hasula. makatagam. kiang2 na pud for a month. maka.guba jd ug momentum.
may gani na-ayo ra ug hilot ky i would've resolved into chiro again which is mahal. dmd.
i have my insurance man para physical therapy unta, but i have proven it ineffective sa akoang end. so i have no plans to waste my time mgpa.PT again. wa koy bilib na.
unsa inyo alternative exercises for lower body? so far ang leg press ky ok ra, but i'm really cautious with it this time.
nihit ra mi mgkita sa trainer ky di mi magsugat sa sked. i could do my homework tho, but mag trial and error pud ko ani if ok ra ba sa akong end.
going for 3 weeks na ko ng.work out balik, btw

mdyo na bwisit ko atong pag PT sessions nko bfore ky mao to 1st ni occur ako lumbar pain, and wa jd ni subside. impatient lng guro ko ato, and gisamokan ko sa sakit.
and it reached to the point nga miskan kinto lang sakit na. abi gani nako sciatica nato.
may gani naa ni recommend nako for chiro ato panahona.
