im a weight loss coach. CUT CALORIES, NOT FOOD. Because we need food as source of our energy, just consider the amount of calories of it. We need 2000 calories per day to live, the fact is we are eating more calories because of process food, fast food, instant food, and any man-made foods additional to that is the sedentary lifestyle we have now.
Every individual has different required daily caloric intake ( not specific .to the 200 kcal ).

i drink brazilian 7 days coffee without sugar in the morning to replace my regular nescafe 3 in 1.. i jog 30-40 mins after work. balanced diet, dont skip meals.. if u skip meals u wud eat more on the next meal.. eat fruits or yogurt for ur snacks instead of junk foods and chocolates... in the evening i take biguerlai herbal tea coz di man rgular akong bowel.. para pa flush out ra sa mga kinaon on that day.. im also taking fish oil 3 times a day... drink lots and lots of water...

eat small and drink alot..kung kaya nimo maski 3 -4 litters a day..guaranteed.
eat a lot. sleep a little. run twice a week.
when your body weight is at the "ideal" like according to height.. and your fat percentage is more than 25% i have clients na ing-ana..
like if your ideal weight for your height is 138-145s thats mine.. and your weight is at 141lbs you are at your ideal bodyweight.. and if your bodyfat percentage is 26% then you are obese... its that simple you don't have to bold the words..
cause i myself is overweight but maintain a fat percentage of 12-15% chill man
to add up... Weight = bone, muscle, fat, water, glycogen, organs and etc.. Fat = fat.. so if you lose weight.. you could lose any of the stated above... especially with poor nutrition and supplementation..
