Just wanna share something about repetitions
Low Reps, Mid Reps, High Reps.. It doesn't matter. People say doing 4-6 reps is for mass, while doing more than 8 is for definition. Based on experience.. how many reps you do doesn't matter. As long as you are training to failure and eating right you will gain MASS or get the definition you want
