    @Istudyante-Ni-Pikoy,
1.) Bossing, wala naka gi bayran?

    - wla man ko gibayaran bai, kay balik raman ko sa same na company. pag april 2016 man gud ning uli ko sa pinas. tapos pag september 2016 ning uli nasad ko, during that time exempted nako sa bayad sa OEC. . Pero ang Philhealth ug Pag-ibig fund optional na nimo bayaran. . imo na decision kung imo bayran or dili .. dili na mandatory.

2.) No need na mo adto sa consulate?

    - sa ako wla na , pero no idea ko , if ever anha ka mukuha ug OEC daan sa country kung diin ka nag work.
    3.) Unsay meaning aning #3?

VISA Copy, boarding pass, ug passport.

GOOD LUCK ....

mao ni ako experience about OEC. nanguli mi Cebu just last September kay gilubong ako suod namo nga uncle who was with us here in Kuwait for several years.

if you want to get your OEC in your respective embassies, you can do so, but if you will be coming back to the same employer, you will be eligible for exemption sa OEC.

both me & my wife are returning to the same employer so i filed an exemption for both of us sa POEA Balik-Manggagawa Online Processing System.

after logging in your username & password, you will arrive on this page,

click on the "ACQUIRE OEC FOR EXEMPTION" button, then you will get a small window like this,

just type in your flight schedule & you should get a prompt that you are now exempted. once you get that prompt, you need to take a screenshot & print that screenshot para ipakita na nimo sa taga POEA when you're at the airport going back to the country you're working in.

if you're returning to a different employer, i'm not really sure but i think you can go ahead & update your profile sa POEA nga site then go to either your respective embassy or if you want to get your OEC while naa sa pinas, to the POEA/OWWA office.

sa Cebu, ang office kay naa man sa Gorordo eskina Mango Avenue, tapad bitaw sa Immaculada. you can go there & tell them you're returning to a different employer.

you can also call OWWA office at 254-3199 or sa POEA office at 231-1007 / 231-1003. you can ask further questions from there at least di namo mahago going there & just to ask questions & believe me, naa jud chance nga madugay ka didto sa office depende sa gidaghanon sa tao.

needless to say, you need to bring the original & photocopies of your passport.

also, one important note i would like to add, if ever you have dependents, your kids perhaps, once you're at the airport, you need to bring the original NSO birth certificate with receipt.

i took a snapshot of this sa airport, if your kids will be going back with you, either on dependent or visit visa, you need to know this,

or you can also pay the trave tax online,

    hope this helps you guys.
