btw pra gud nku duty nman na sa HR ui or dba sa accounting, Agents are working 24 days a month, 8hrs a day, wa pay labot kn naay OT hah? kon matimingan pa ta ug irate nga costumer patay ta sa mga dirty words. Dapat ta ba sa Accounting nlang na nga job... Suggestion lang.... or dba bisag tagaan lang nla consideration ang dli makapass, yaw sad tawn ng if dli makapass next payday na uiz! mahal bya tawn pang taxi, meal pa jud, may unta magpautang sa PAYAG d ra ba jud..heheh

if u have a responsible teamlead den dli na mahitabo na d ka ma swldoan kay ila gyd na i check kung kinsa wala naka submit para sila mismo mu submit sa imo log records

been there today .. i aced all the hiring process but i failed on the HR last interview before the account interview.. I guess she had a bad hair day.. can't believe she failed me...in my batch she accepted the wrong people.. i think she was intimidated by me. MY friends who was interviewed by the other HR past and take note they are not good in speaking pa gani as well as grammar/ The other people i met there who had 5 years experience and others with 3 or 2 years experience the same HR ha had failed also. What the heck? bad hair day guro xa... and to those callcenter virgins and has less than 6months xperience ni pass gani sa pikas HR sa IYA WALA? i doubt her skills to hire someone..Coz on my final interview she only ask me 2 or 3 questions ra..i expected more kay final gud...hahaiz..

anyways its fine with me ...charge to experience nalang..cant 4get her face gyud..she is very silly when she cant even point out why i failed right away... OKEY Ra pud i didnt have my heart crying out for this company man sad, layo ra sad sa amoa so i think its a good sign..

Just like to share..the exams was very easy as well as the interview..i was wondering why i failed the last interview , which in fact..it was the easiest interview i had in my whole call center life...but enough of these things...for those guys who wants to apply..sayon ra gyud promise

initial interview
exams ( english vocabulary /grammar) 20 items for 15minutes (grade 5 students can answer this)
reading comprehension - 15minutes for 10 items
Listening skills - 10 items for 15minutes (very easy too the max)
technical skills - 20 items for 10minutes (very basic)
last HR interview (failed on this) i was asked simple q's and only 2to 3 q's

lastly account interview ( this will determine which account u should be in)


guys just be confident, wag maging mataray maybe i have intimidated that girl coz everytime she passed she never glance at me, when she interviewed me there was only one time when she look at my me..an eye for an eye..or eye to eye..lol

stop ....i cant stop..but i have to stop typing..har har

cant say something bad about this company coz i heard the compensations and benefits are fine...
im just Telling /sharing how Unfortunate i am today to be interviewed with that gal, whoever she is..sounds like "shes new or shes just an HR assistant..

Violent reactions anyone? just expressing what i feel..

and dont ask me about her name... coz i can't remember..

na busy intawn ko lately oy.. daghan kaayo gi.apas and ang client kay nangusog sa CSAT and TSO. so meaning, daghan reports para nako. hehehe.

Oy, i was there last saturday. Nel and I were the last people to go home. Not too many people went there though, due to the drizzle.

heheheh, dli ra ikaw naka xperience ana, wen i started working here wasad ko kasabot ana styla but later on na program na cguro ako utok na mag submit gyd pirmi. in ana mana kaha ang systema way b4 na hire ko. so wat the heck anyways its just a small task. so let it be nalang but i really wish usbon na nila (tago sa kilid)

@ Lind i think so, and i think i intimidated that girl so wala ko niya g passar with those two question only..very unfair..but its not a lost though, i gain new friends nya gwafo kaau ang usa..hahaha
