    atleast 2nd year lang, bahala wa nimu mahuman ang 2nd year basta naa lang ka ikapakita proof nga 2nd year ka, study load or statement of account.

    that is also for security reasons....and other reasons that I, personally don't know of....
    by doing so, this would also prove that you are still reporting and not just logging in then go out dayon....that is why we need to manually submit the log records...

    and maybe, this is also the requirement of the system they are using in HR

    y man if nursing student or grad ue? ahak! for last interview na unta ko but gi.ingnan ko nga wait lang daw ko for a call coz naa pa mo interview nako bout my nursing stuff.. y man ing.ana ue? i thought there is no discrimination in call centers? grrr.. advice beh.. mag wait ko sa call or apply nlang ko lain call center? HELP!!! HELP!!!!

    d mana "discrimination" the company is just making sure na they wont be wasting their money time and effort to train those people esp. nursing grads kay ang usual scenario gud. ni work ra for the moment kay nag huwat ra sila result sa board exam or etc after a month or so mo resign daun, good thing ang sykes mu dawat pag nursing unlike other BPO's na dli gyd mu dawat.

    @shantanu, asa man imo pasabot bro? Diri sa sykes? Kinsa nga H.R. ang nag sulti nimo ana? Or PM lang nako ang name and will ask recruitment ana imong sitwasyon...that's if Sykes ang nag ingon nimo ana ha....

    kasagaran man gud sa mga nursing sis kay igo ra magwait sa ila mga papers den mo resign daun...igo ra pangpalipas oras bah....pero naa man ko kawave mate na nursing pero ok raman....

    It is not a valid reason, sykes ra man gud ang nag ing ani, other call center don't have ds stupid policy, louy tawn kau ang uban nga malimot ug submit or makaabsent, way sweldo for that payday..
