that is also for security reasons....and other reasons that I, personally don't know of....
by doing so, this would also prove that you are still reporting and not just logging in then go out dayon....that is why we need to manually submit the log records...
and maybe, this is also the requirement of the system they are using in HR

d mana "discrimination" the company is just making sure na they wont be wasting their money time and effort to train those people esp. nursing grads kay ang usual scenario gud. ni work ra for the moment kay nag huwat ra sila result sa board exam or etc after a month or so mo resign daun, good thing ang sykes mu dawat pag nursing unlike other BPO's na dli gyd mu dawat.
