unsa man allegation ni PJ ron ? basin about ni Gwen na pud amahan gani DVD naa gihapon corruption allegation when CJ siya.

bro, if you are against corruption, then say so. Ayaw anang style nga libog libogon nimo mga tawo kay mura kag garcia ana. tuyoon ug libog ang klaro na kaayo. mura bag gibogoan nalang jud ba. if according to you a country can develop despite the presence of corruption, then you can only imagine how it would fare without the corruption.

Also, time and again it has been ruled: "what is prohibited directly is prohibited indirectly!". Have you ever heard of the term: circumvention of the law? Well, this is what this rule is for. With that in hindsight, it would utterly be foolish to insist PJ is innocent, would it not? While gwen may be the one directly involved, her counselor, from whom she gets all her legal advices, is also indirectly involved somehow. Why, i woudn't at all be surprised if PJ would be indicted as principal by inducement, and gwen as principal by direct participation.

ipost kuno na nag.ingon ako.. ok ang corruption or dili dautan ang corruption. para makita kinsa nagpataka post ha i didnt made such a bold stand.

ikaw lang nag-imply way asenso kung naay corruption. when gipakita nako ang case sa China, grabeha ang corruption then asenso man lagi dako ud credit ratings. Niingon pa gyud ka (korea thread) na walay corruption sa Sokor ug Japan when rampant man pud didto and asenso man lagi sila. nag-ask pa gyud ko kung related ba ang corruption sa economic growth. wa pud nimo gitubag. you see ikaw lang pirme pataka dire ug putting words on people mouth.. di ka mauwaw bai? ikaw pa gyud kusog mo-correction sa uban. kataw-anan kaayo ka.

corruption is as old as the government, kinsa man pud politiko walay interest to recover money spent on election. there are many forms of corruption.

unsa man pud nabuhat ni DVD?, butar nalang niya kay against kamo sa Garcias

actually he is right, a country can develop even with corruption if the government officials are also competent. just look at korea, japan, taiwan and china. the problem here is that most of our officials are not only corrupt but incompetent as well. i'll leave it to others to decide if the garcias are corrupt/competent or corrupt/incompetent. all i can say is corruption and incompetence are a match made in hell...

one must understand that there many ways to uplift the economy and government for one isnt the most efficient and losses will only compound, losses from corruption, profiteering by business on govt deals, defense purchase outside the country, govt dole out etc. If the government will maneuver for better economic growth like remove foreign restriction, improve profits of govt own corporation/agency rather than selling it, etc. then we can improve our economic status.

I had my piece on this maybe its best you read at least 10% of my posts lol.

Lastly let the court decide for it, all i see are trial by publicity. If PJ got gwen, DVD got his dad. Plus corruption is as old as the government, thats why i rather vote on people who can deliver or competent for such position.
