more or less 10k depende kung pila ka storey and sq.meters ang balay.

pero kung sa province nya renovation lang dili naman na mistil kuhaan ug permit ba. depende ra pod unsa ka istrikto nga probinsya.

I have the feeling nga naa gyud siya flaw.
As far as this polycarb sheets is concerned, durability and cost effectivity wise can you recommend this one better than the PVC roof?

polycarb is more modern looking and is commonly used today. pero mao lagi dapat whole roof gyud macover ani, dili parihas sa corrugated pvc nga small part lang sa whole roof pwede butangan. kasagaran ni gamiton ang polycarb sa covered lanai or terrace..

Mahal materials bai gamay rajd 300k krn panahona honestly speaking. Kng makatukod kag balat labing gmay budget ana kay 800k to 1M.

anha ra jud na mag daug kung well designed jud ang balay in terms of orientation sa mga rooms.. well ventilated sa natural light like wide windows.. importante gyud sa T&B kay naa jud functional windows for daylight and ventilation.. mao nga essential kaayo ang location sa T&B ug Kitchen sa balay with regards to sunrise/sunset direction.. wala jud kalalaki basta imong CR walay ventilation/window..

ug mag roof skylight window jud ka mam, like above sa dining or kitchen polycarb jud na or fiberglass kasagaran ang gamiton..
