You have to change your whole mindset before you can change your body. Disciplining your mind to adapt to a new lifestyle for the better. That's the first and most difficult part (which I'm going through). I've been trying to get back on track. School and personal problems have been wearing me down. Since sembreak's here, it's the perfect time to restart.
I'm a girl, btw.
5 - 6 small meals a day & lots of water.
I do at least 7 hrs of sleep, but the standard is 8 or more.
Day 1 (Monday, Thursday): Upper body (arms, back, chest, abdomen) + Cardio (kickboxing)
Day 2 (Tuesday, Friday): Lower body (buttocks, thighs, calves) + Cardio (kickboxing again)
Day 3 (Wednesday, Saturday): Rest
Sunday: Jogging!
And, don't be too hard on yourself. Don't starve yourself, reward (indulge) from time to time, don't get discouraged if you don't see any progress. Keep trying. It's a gradual process and the wait is worth it in the end.![]()
