dili naman ni about talent. wala nalang unta sila nagpa contest pa .. singing contest pa jud? gi paslak nalang unta na nila sa pinoy big brother tutal txt votes man sad ang gi basihan dd2 pra maka daog.

i think c yeng ang mahimong champion kay daghan na kaau xa nadag-an.. and if im not mistaken, kato tanan gi base sa txt votes. i have nothing against her .. deserving man pud xa if ever.

^i understand your point. i guess abs-cbn approaches the contest differently. hay, abs-cbn pa nga market-oriented kaayu ni sila. traditional singing contests proclaim one grand winner with the help of a few judges. now their choice might not be the people's choice, so what does this mean? dili marketable. whereas if they let the people decide, they are guaranteed of a hit (translation: record hits, jobs for the people working for this star...money...moolah)

on another note, i do think that the scholars are winners in their own right. i'm sure about this: most of them are not really after the grand champion title, but the opportunities that await them outside. the latter is for the long haul and if they're in this contest for a CAREER, they'd think that way.

lets face it... service (entertainment) and marketing --->> congruent nowadays...
business like this runs on a double purpose

-there are a lot of talents waiting for chances... but only few captured attentions of audience... its the people who purchase the cds tapes and etc... even if how bad the voice of this certain artist but a lot of people liked him/her. then he/she would surely be a hit /* perfect example is judy ann santos */ her album was platinum or gold ba to b4... haayy!

wala man ayo kung text votes lang basihan sa winner or Final 6 because we dont know if they are posting the real text votes results or just a hoax..... about sa comment nako bahin ni Rosita, it was just my opinion and it was not intended to anger her fans here in istorya.... my only point is, kalagot lang jud ang batasan ni Rosita kay dako na jud kaayo iya ulo.... makita man sad jud nato na bati ug batasan ni si Rosita kay sige lang ni siya pandaot ug uban scholars sukad pa sa una ug sobra ra kaayo ka papansin..... hmmmmm....
