on the eating side, eat 6x a day in smaller portions and space it 2-3hrs apart. also limit / say goodbye to carbs especially the white ones (includes rice, sugar, soda, juices, white bread, cakes, pastries, ice cream - patay!). consume more fresh fruits, vegetables, whole fiber (oats, wheat bread, kamote) and lean meat / protein (chicken, fish, white eggs). also avoid frying your foods. if you can steam, boil or 'gisa' with little oil.
you can assist your body by taking in fat burner 15-20mins before your cardio. guaranteed this will make you lose excess weight and firm up / tone your bod. seen this happen many times already. plus you will feel good, look good and stay young. also this will increase your resistance to stress and illness. so start na!
