    ako suggestion fellow istoryans, if you don't have heart /blood pressure problems, hit the gym 3x a week. do cardio (running, cycling) on alternate days.
    on the eating side, eat 6x a day in smaller portions and space it 2-3hrs apart. also limit / say goodbye to carbs especially the white ones (includes rice, sugar, soda, juices, white bread, cakes, pastries, ice cream - patay!). consume more fresh fruits, vegetables, whole fiber (oats, wheat bread, kamote) and lean meat / protein (chicken, fish, white eggs). also avoid frying your foods. if you can steam, boil or 'gisa' with little oil.
    you can assist your body by taking in fat burner 15-20mins before your cardio. guaranteed this will make you lose excess weight and firm up / tone your bod. seen this happen many times already. plus you will feel good, look good and stay young. also this will increase your resistance to stress and illness. so start na!

    best way for me. tanggalin ang rice sa meals.kung dile nimu kaya gradually lang gud. 1 cup to half cup den 1/4 den hantud wala na. den paresan ug exercise and Vitamin Supplement arun dile maluya.

    Tumpak ni na answer. Naa lang koy idagdag. For your cardio to be more effective, do it the HIIT way or (High Intensity Interval Training). Perfect ni sa mga way pasencya parehas nako, hehhee. I usually jog at Abellana and before 30 mins I'm done. Walk first then jog around for 5 minutes as your warm up, then run as fast you can for 1 minute, then jog for 2 minutes. Repeat the run as fast as you can for 1 minute and jog for 2 minutes three more times equivalent now to 4 times. then cool down by walking nalang for about 5 minutes. If kaya na dagdagi nalang ang repetitions. It looks easy but trust me, maghal-hal jud ka ani, bitay imo dila. They don't call this high intensity for nothing, hehhehe.

    Diet ( calories counting) paired with exercise and a lot of determination. Been doing this for the past 3 weeks and i have shred 4 kilos already and a few inches all over my body. I still eat the same food i eat before but with moderation. If anyone is interested, just google myfitnesspal ( free na siya by the way) and add balotitch

    zvike thanks for sharing this, as this is the best way to do your cardio. the HIIT program works by depleting your body's carb storage until it will be forced to use the fat for fuel. this is how you reduce your body fat.
    however this has to be done with a clean bill of health kay maka cause ni ug heart attack (simbako) for those with heart problems. that's why it's important to start exercising while we are young (before reaching 40 and above) so that your body will not degenerate into illnesses like high blood, heart disease, diabetes, etc. then you will have a hard time correcting it na.

    bag.o rako nagpatimbang ron after 1 month of gym sa slimmers...I lose 8lbs in 1 month...CARDIO,WEIGHTS and DIET rajud...avoid fatty foods...eat more fruits like apple and banana...

    i think the safest way talaga to loose weight is by diet and exercise. need lang talaga ng discipline sa sarili mo kaso ngayon nahihirapan ako discipline sarili ko knowing na may promo ang Snickers Philippines.     well you wala kayo time like me.this is my diet
    Breakfast : Apple
    Lunch: Sandwich ( usually i buy HBLT from sandwich guy)
    Dinner: puro ulam lang no rice

    i stand for an hour after eating and dink lots of water
    nag work saakin toh nag lose ako ng 10lbs. kasi discipline talaga to avoid temptation
