How to Get There
There are three ways to get to the Camotes islands from Cebu:
1. Take the fast craft from Pier 1 in Cebu located at the back of Plaza Independencia and only 10 minutes away from the city center. A ticket costs P450. The ride takes two hours. Ferry schedule changes depending on the weather. Call them to confirm schedule. Tel. 032/ 255 7767.
2. Take a boat from Danao Pier. First, travel by land from Cebu City to Danao. If you take a jeepney, it will take about one hour. The jeepney fare costs P20. Get down at Danao City Pier in front of Danao City Church. The boat leaves 6am. There is also a Roro at 11am.
3. Take a pump boat from Mandaue City (Ouano Wharf), near Sports Complex. The boat leaves at 5am and the ride takes four hours. A ticket costs P200.
