I've been overcome with Sara mania, I see the light now! How blind I was not to realize the benefits of the punch now, ask questions later work ethic. From my window I just now observed the maintenance crew stopped sweeping the leaves and were talking amongst themselves. This is unacceptable, they need instant discipline.... Sara style!
