Default Re: ARMM to Bangsamoro, is peace now in Mindanao within reach?

Some details regarding the objectives of this agreement are slowly coming out, and not surprisingly from international media. Maybe it is not all about peace:

From GulfNews: Philippines agrees on landmark peace deal with rebels | GulfNews.com

The last part says a lot about the motivation for this deal:

"The leadership may also be motivated by the prospect of royalties from huge untapped deposits of oil, gas and mineral resources in rebel areas, part of an estimated total of $312 billion (Dh1.14 trillion) in mineral wealth in Mindanao. France's Total has partnered with Malaysia's Mitra Energy Ltd. to explore oil and gas fields in the Sulu Sea off Mindanao."

Gusto siguro sa gobyerno, dawat lang ug limpyo. The problem is, who gets the lions share from the resources within the areas that will be part of the Bangsamoro? Will it be the Filipinos? or again the foreigners and the oligarchs? We're not talking of profits from service or manufacturing, but OUR NATURAL RESOURCES which is finite and will eventually be depleted! When GREED starts to set in, this will all be back to square one, and it may be worse.
