sayop nang number 10 bro.. tulog ra ug 7 hours.. kay kung 10 hours tulog straight.. ull lose weight man nuon ana kay wa kay kaon for 10 hours.. kabantay mo gamay ayo inyo tiyan nigka mata ninyo.. kay wa may sulod ang imo tiyan.. 7 hours ra.. nya resume na pd ug kaon..
kaon ra jd maka tabang nmo kung nahan ka mo gain ug weight.. nya protein shakes.. mega mass nah.. katong walay creatine lang kay patambok rman kah.. nay tag 2.8k sa ayala.. mga 2 months consumo tingale toh..

he asked for it. he is in the wrong thread. people here are trying to gain muscle and lose fat. he on the other hand want fats and not muscles. so i've posted the things that i think he should do to get what he wants the fastest way possible. he only weighs 45lbs for crying out loud! his body can take all the fats, oils and sugars in the world. if you have a better idea, post it!
What you're telling him is exactly the OPPOSITE of he's asking for. The more you're awake. The more calories you burn. You're telling him to take protein shakes when he wants to get fat not muscular. Sleeping 10 hours would make him starve therefore making his body store fats instead of using them for daily needs

how old are you?naa bya gyud sahay sa age nato na niwang ta. bisag saon nato kaon dili gyud mudako. if early 20s naka dont worry mutambok ra lage ka.. take multivitamins para gutomon ka permi or research on how to make ur metabolism slower para mu gain ka bodyweight. better also seek advise from a health care professionals, sa tan.aw naku mka afford rman tingali ka ana.

- humba og mga sobrang fats kaayo nga foods kay maka cause na og liver og kidney stones og chronice heart illness.
- kanang paspasan og kaon ok rana kung anad na ka pinaspasay, kung hinhin ka ayaw nalang attemp. e divide nalang ang 3 times nga heavy meal into like 5 times a day nimo e kaon... interval to 2-3 hours. same effect ra sa body.
- please exercise once a week to make your body healthy so you can consume more foods than normal. Resistance Exercise is most likely if you want to gain muscle as well.
- oversleeping is unhealthy.
I am not a doctor or physician but certainly these were things I found when I tried to gain weight myself a year ago... eating healthy foods with high carbohydrates and protein contents will help gain weight.
and also if you can afford high protein milk with your diet and vitamins as well will certainly help.
additional:
Quit Smoking if you smoke, the more you smoke the higher rate of oxygen your body needs these requires higher calories burnt every second which can hinder body rejuvenation and weight gain.
