... cool. That store owner and those foreigners have just met up with Cebu's very own dirty harry. We need more police to be of like mind to Dumpit, one who's not afraid to implement the law.

but even in that report... it was not clear who was really at fault. Was it Dumpit or the store owners/koreans. Some people just take side on him because of his wonderful speech of "They can’t block the road. Foreigners should also respect our laws."

Right, ka agi sab ko diha several times and i've observe them. Big question is, accurate ba ang report sa media? And one thing sab, diba if mag conduct ka og patrol or robing sa street,Â* u must wear in proper police uniform and using police vehicle? i don't know what happen to this case?

As i've observe rba sab aning uban police sa Cebu mag civillian lang then if they investigate someone like jeepney drivers ang driver pa ang padu-olon sa patrol car. How much more na foreigner and can't speak and comprehend english well.

This applies to all law enforcers ... bisan ako naay pabuang buang I can perform CITIZENS ARREST if I know someone is violating a law .... but I dont have to balls for it . SO the question of in UNIFORM , on a POV , etc ... is out of the picture unless naay ILLEGITIMATE OPERATION nahitabo .

You dont have to go to the extent of actually having *** to a prostitute to consider it a strong evidence . The exchange of MARKED MONEY alone is a strong evidence that could convict a citizen violating a law .

Dili ko mu agree ani na statement bro. Kabalo nata sa panahon karon daghan kayu og buang. If ako ang foreigner considering na walay proper identification na police ka or assuming na wala ka nag uniform. How can you be so sure na proper authority ka? I'm not convince on this statement.....

Remember sa Japan and Korea policemen were only carrying handcaps and
batuta with proper uniform including traffic enforcers. Dili ana ka violente ni sila bro as i've noticed when i was in there place. I was interogated by their police also for violating their traffic rules in a very nice and proper way.
