Love naku akong work karon bisag dli related sa akong kurso.
Of course the main reason why I need a job, the money I need but not into money also.![]()
we all need money nowadays , so its good that we are earning money from our job ...
love my job if wla pay sweldo. pero kung sweldo na gani............. absent daun hehehe
hate my job, love the money i make with it kay mao ako gi finance sa akong gi plano na i-negosyo puhon
In terms of keeping the job, its both. First, you have to enjoy the job. Your everyday life will be miserable if you dont enjoy the job you have. In time, muhawa lang gyapon ka. Mura lang na sya sa subject nimo sa college sa una nga dili nimo ganahan. You dont have the interest. Dont feel motivated. Dont perform well. In summary, you are just but a bag of stone to your employer.
Pay. It comes with the job. If overpaid ka, good for you. If underpaid ka, then the same thing will happen. Mangita ka other employers who appreciates your true potential and contribution to the company and compensates you accordingly. You just have to learn how to assess your value as a professional.
In my experience, pag bag-ohan pa gani as in greenhorn from college, dako nga sweldo ang gna-apas. Mao na bwenas ang mga graduates nga with honors. They have a big value up-front even without experience pa. But as you continue to advance sa imo career, dha na ka mangita ug company nga stable, work nga imo ganahan. The figures you see in your payslip every month will just be secondary.
for me, ill go with BOTH!
i love my job and my pay![]()
Definitely my JOB! Though mas higher ang salary sako'ng previous job, ang stress di jud mabayran.. wala sad ko'y peace of mind didto. Bati sad ang environment kay cut-throat kaayo ang mga tawo to obtain advances. Karon relax rako sa office then mas longer ako'ng sleep time.![]()
