But sa case sa accenture nga maskin gani highly paid individuals don't get what they asked for then something is wrong with this company. It looks more like a fresh grad's paradise.

one advice pud nko gusto mag apply diha na company, ayaw mo sugot kung schedule mo tawagan nga hapit na ting lunch, kay largo-largo na ilaa. Pasmo intawon ka, din ila i hatag saimu kay tubig ra din candy hehe muti imong mata ana inig interview..Pero arang2 ra gamay compared sa LEAR kay didto wa juy i hatag saimu hehehe

i read this in a career site:
1.) never make it appear that you are expecting ONLY them because they can see this and can smell the fact nga saludo ka nila. Give them a certain degree of respect but don't put them on a pedestal either.
2.) Appear EXACTLY on time. Coming in early means you have too much time on your hands and you have nothing better to do. Coming in late, of course, projects irresponsibility and poor time management.
3.) Appear busy. I find this amusing but it makes sense. If mosukol ra ka maskin unsa nga oras, again, you have too much time. Always project a great deal of self worth.

here's another update. ang HR manager sa Accenture Cebu "advised to resign" daw due to numerous incident reports lodged against her.

This was the same person who gave me the job offer as well. I'm personally beginning to raise questions if this person is responsible for the ridiculous starting salaries provided to Cebuano applicants. Kai ang accenture manila it's unusual daw nga HR will give you a job offer lower than your asking price kai if di sila ganahan mo balibad man gyud sila. They will tell you then and there ore after a few days review nga you're asking too much and they will not give you a job offer with a salary lower than your asking price. It's not ethical gyud daw.
