Mag start ko ug enroll sa Holiday within this week. And first timer ko. Suggestions anyone? Like, unsa buhaton una, unsay mga dapat dalhon, etc. Thanks

If this is your first time to work out, request for a gym instructor at the front desk. Let him guide you through the equipments. Then request for him to put together a program for you.
Suggest you bring the following:
Face Towel, change of clothes of course, cellphone with headphones or your mp3 player, water bottle with H20 or gatorade , if you intend to shower after you work out then bring a towel, shampoo, conditioner, soap,(they have these for free but I use my own) and all the toiletries you need.
