workout fitnes tabunok...380 ang month....or YMCA 300 ra ang month or Body blast tabunok 250 ra ang month sa una.......

ahak, ganahan unta ko mag-gym para mugawas akong gitago nga abs..wahahah...pero inig kahuman trabaho kay pwerti namang kapoya...mura namag exercise ang work..hhehehe

sa metro sports. payter pud. naka-hitch ko sa ila 3600/yr promo. dunno lng if apil ba ni nga kind of membership sa wall climbing nila. nibalhin man ang vertigo sa baseline did2. BUT mura ra man nako gi-donate ako kwarta. kas-a ra ko nag workout hahahaha

Right now im with zen spa. Its 1600/ month with free shower n soap, steam and sauna. (a spauna )
They provide free face towel and a large one for 10 Php/use. The equipment are on the okayish side (not too good, not too bad). not too crowded though, some cardio and weights. They offer aerobics and taebo, yoga and stuff (mostly for women). Its airconditioned but sometimes its hot for unknown reasons.

Workoutfitness is openning in banilad soon. its near banilad trade center. It will be placed on the rooftop of the rcbc(?) building. I hope its not too hot there. Ill be visiting there when its completed. the flyers say its 500 prt male and 600 prt/aerobics. Theres discount for the early bird registration, but ill check it out first before committing. Separate gym for men/women.

Then theres xandau, VERY close to the workoutfitness in banilad. That place is horrendously crowded. I think theyre charging the same amount as the above. Separate gym for men/women.
