i remember someone told me that seeds, coz they're so small, can get into your appendix when you're moving too much after eating, and you're usually in a hurry after breakfast, so maybe that's why it's best to remove the seeds in fruits. not sure though

cguro some seeds ok lang sa tyan pero some paka couz pud ug pagsakit sa tiyan. . so why eating the seed ? if pwdi naman xa kuhaaun. . o think wala man cguru makuha nga sustanxa sa seeds. . heheh
