1. Switch Kicks - 117
2. Power Jacks - 51
3. Power Knees - 90
4. Power Jumps - 8
5. Globe Jumps - 20
6. Suicide Jumps - 1 (Dili na makaya, makuyapan nako)
7. Push-up Jacks - 0 (Undang kay ako lang isa, basi wala makatabang sa akoa pag makuyapan nako)
8. Low Plank Oblique - 0 (Taas na kaayo ang akong heart beat rate lipong na mao undang)
Post daw inyong first day Fit Test.
will try rushfit. ngita ko walay lateral movements. till i get a new crosstraining shoes.
wala ko ga agi ug fit test kay ga hybrid ko sa p90x. pero belib ko sa imong switch kicks, hehehe...
Currently nako ron
1. Switch Kicks - 50 slow pace
2. Power Jacks - 80
3. Power Knees - 100 both side
4. Power Jumps - 60
5. Globe Jumps - 50
6. Suicide Jumps - 20
7. Push-up Jacks - 25
8. Low Plank Oblique - dili consistent ako a, maximum reps ko ani.
sa first set lang na, pero mag kadugay ang workout, magkagamay akong reps, kay fatigue na akong lawas. pero dili na nako e sacrifice akong form, tagam nako.
