So, we're probably going to see Ant-Man on this one, earlier than the standalone Ant-Man film.

I wonder though how Joss 'The Boss' Whedon is going to pull this one off since the main characters, the Invisible Woman and Wolverine, of the Age of Ultron are in Fox.

why would Whedon need Susan and Wolverine? you talking about Bendis terribad Age of Ultron book? hmm, I don't think this is going to be a direct adaptation of that, at least I HOPE IT ISN'T. it probably just has the same title.
the movie being more Ultron Unlimited, less or no Age of Ultron would be preferred.

"Avengers" director Joss Whedon took the stage at Marvel's Comic-Con panel where he announced the plot for the 2015 film will follow the "Age of Ultron" comic series. The full title for the movie will be "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

Ultron, in the comic universe, is a homicidal robot that has menaced the Avengers since its debut in 1968. The robot was the primary villain in a 2013 comic book crossover also called Age Of Ultron.
To anyone who's unaware of this Supervillain:

Ultron is a fictional supervillain that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. Ultron was created by writer Roy Thomas and artist John Buscema. In 2009, Ultron was ranked as IGN's 23rd Greatest Comic Book Villain of All Time.
The visual appearance and powers of the character have varied, but common powers include superhuman levels of strength, speed, stamina, durability, and reflexes; flight at subsonic speeds; and various offensive weapons such as concussive blasts of energy fired from its optical sensors and hands, and an "encephalo-ray", which places victims into a deathlike coma. The latter ray also allows Ultron to mesmerize and mind-control victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time. Ultron also has the ability to convert electromagnetic radiation into electrical energy for use or storage. Ultron has a genius intellect, a capacity for creative intelligence and self-repair, superhuman cybernetic analytical capabilities, and the ability to process information and make calculations with superhuman speed and accuracy. The character is an expert roboticist and strategist.
