Boss, just wanted to ask a few things.. Do u also get joint pain or strains from lifting heavy weights? I don't really train with light weight eh but after 7 years of doing it, medyo na nay joint aches.. Do u think I should start using joint care supplements or just simply train wisely cycling light and heavy days like dorian yates used to do? I really don't feel like training light eh.. I get no results from it. lol
