    yes i am a proud agent of ayala land. well, for you it may be unbelievable or you just dont wanna believe it since its also a given you are not a fan of condos but what im trying to state here are facts. dili lang na storya nga mutaas ang price sa mga condos. its really happening. you can even do your research or ask around to confirm. not sure though sa uban developers pila ilang increase but with us, dako2x jud because of the quality and the brand.

    ilove the ayala Companies AC, ALI and etc....... pero not buying a condo.... house and lot for me since mahatag pa sa akong mga anak pohon then sa akong mga apo....... ang Condo? i doubt kong makaabot ang mga grandchildren...... pila ka years ra ang lifespan sa Condo? na magamit?

    Every family has different needs so assess first your needs before ka mokuha ug condo (or H/L).
    In my case, kung pang pamilya lang, I'd prefer H/L. I'm the kind of person nga moprefer ug hayahay ug medyo solemn nga lugar.
    Most condos are located within the vicinity of the city and most of it, medyo saba gyud sa gawas.
    Condos doesn't have loans as well which is, in my opinion, very good for kids. They can just go outside and run all they want with other kids. I believe you can't do that in a condo. Nothing beats fresh air, not even the most sophisticated air conditioning unit/s.
    Sa H/L pud, you can renovate and expand your house as much as you want, horizontally or vertically, in a condo, lisod kaayo ni buhaton.

    But if your needs makes you more inclined to get a condo unit, then why not? So assess first your needs before deciding. Getting a condo unit might make you look luxurious but sooner or later, you might realize that it really doesn't cater your needs. Sayang lang.

    i personally do not like condo, but my friend prefers condo over house and lot. his main reason is convenience. usually it is accessible to nearby malls, grocery, resto, spa. in case something breaks down in the condo unit like water leak in the toilet, you can easily call the building maintenance to fix the problem. in case of brownouts, there is already a generator on standby. the view outside is nice especially at night because you get to see the city if the unit is located at higher floors. there is a gym, swimming pool and other perks inside the condo. i forgot what else he mentioned. but of course, all of these benefits come with a steep price

    by the way, the friend i mentioned is single and will be retiring soon. Things may be different if you are raising a family

    that is the primary reason for most if not all people who are into condos, its convenience. if you're single, a studio unit or a 1 bedroom would be perfect. if you have a small family, a 2 bedroom condo would suffice considering also the floor area of the uni., But if you have a bigger family like say more than 5, house and lot would be the best idea.

    I was once a die-hard house and lot type of person. but eversince gi tagaan mi ug duha ka units, na open ako mind about condos. we actually have been living in our own almost 400 sq.m house and lot na in a modest subd in Cebu City for over 20 yrs nah. so pirti gyud nako mug-ot na ngano mag usik usik paman ug palit ana. gamiton nlng unta ang money pa rebuild amo house kay medyo daghan na prob. but ingon man ang naghatag (our parents actually) sa amo ug condos na naa pud separate budget para anah so naka ingon ko cge why not daghan man diay mu kwarta.

    although naa pud disadvantages ang condo, naa pud gyud specific market ning mga condos. condo investors know about the disadvantages. so no need to keep on saying mas better ang house and lot. who knows naa pud na cla house & lot. gusto lang pud diay cla mupalit ug condo. its their money anyway.

    Manila and other Asian cities, has long embraced condo living. wala pa lang ta anad diri sa Cebu ug condo living kay these past few yrs raman pud ning sprout ug daghan ang mga condos sa Cebu. i think dili comparable ang house and lot and condo. kay its a fact gyud way maka lupig anang yuta gyud mismo.

    cguro think of it na nipalit ka ug membership sa City Sports Club in Ayala. (across Marriott) lol. pila ba membership diha 1.4m? correct me if im wrong. pero ka mahal, maligo nalng ko ug swimming pool sa mactan. YET daghan gihapon mag pa member diha bsan mahal. ngano man? kay naa man specific market ana. and they have their reasons. not all people have the same beliefs, experience, mindset, status in life, others come from diff culture. OR think of it nipalit ka ug luxury vehicle kanang tag 2m above. others would say, sus kamahal ana maypa palit nlng multicab, it serves the same purpose to take you from point A to Point B. but then naa gyud para sa multicab and naa pud market sa luxury vehicle.
