Actually dili ni feasible sa tanan companies. As what other Istoryans said, it depends on nature of business sa company. Para nako, daghan sab maka benefit ani na 4-day workweek scheme for both employers & employees. Sa akong field sa trabaho, agree ko ani... much time na sa sidelines & quality times sa family. Just adding my 2 cents.

reducing the number of days but number of hours still the same..
not a good idea.. ang empleyado is only effective 4 hours break then another 4 hours beyond that dili na jud effective.

Ngano ma 12 hours man a day ? DIli ba 10 hours a day lang because its a 40 hour week if we base it from t 8 hour a day work ?

INdeed maka save ni siya sa part sa employer kana if the employer wont cut down the hours .

4-day work week is good for those who were spoiled with long weekends but it is bad for businesses in general. It could even lead to more layoffs among the small-and-medium enterprises.

It's best to kill the 4-day work week proposal.
