SD, your thread title asks for ANY question, yet it is easy for you to say "a question is too broad" and move on the next question.

because i could not start a decent thread without them crapping ang trash talkinging on my thread they would even go to the extent of flooding it so that the thread could be closed.

Because if you cant promise me that, then whats the purpose of creating another thread like this if its going to be closed anyway. Remember this is my 7th thread of the similar title. It shows how these people never changed.

So, based on that remark, you actually admit that you committed violations (i.e. disregard the forum RULES and REGULATIONS) with the alibi/excuse that you were "provoked" into doing so. There is a name for that sort of behavior: immaturity

If you want to write a book about life, and yet freely admit here, and exhibit signs of immaturity, I hope that your readers (if your book indeed gets published) don't put themselves in harm's way by following the thoughts and ideas of a man who willingly admits to commit a violation when provoked.

You see sir, if you open threads like these, you have to be up to the challenge. Because you are putting your name on the line, it will be your personal opinion against the opinion of several different members. There will be instances that a big chunk of them are going to oppose yours toe to toe and will insist that you are wrong because theirs are contradicting yours. It is just a matter of being consistent and how graceful a person is while doing it, that creates admiration and respect. Say... like Noy Kulas.

if they/we flooded your threads you could have reported us. if the mod didn't act, you can raise your concern and report to the other mods/admins.

you are posting your threads in a public site so expect different people will come and attack you. This is not facebook where you can only choose your friends and who will comment in your posts and even block anyone.

You cant own a thread and filter anyone to comment statements in favor of yours.

And since your goal in creating this kind of thread is to make a book, I suggest you create that 8th thread in ARTS & LITERATURE section where it best fits.
