    An increase in height occurs in the epiphyseal plates of the long bones. There is no proof that load bearing/compressive forces applied to the bones 1-2 hours 3-4 times a week causes these plates to shrink. On the contrary, lifting can actually stimulate increased bone density.

    Besides, not too many people in the gym do honest-to-goodness, full range of motion squats.

    Lack of sleep and improper nutrition, now that is another matter.

    nabuang naman ni akong lawas. nawala napud ang lower back pain. amawa!!!hehehe.

    dude havent seen u in the gym. unsa naka time tig.alsa?ahak atong tiguang nimu nga master did2 oy, nanulong man ug posedown!!! paksit intawn ko oy. baynte na bya to ka tuig. ako nalang gi respetaan. mamatay rato cya sa suya. padayon rman gyapon ko pose2x did2. bahala cya. mao ni ako ingun nimu nga na intimidate gyud diay to cya. haha

    If anything lifting weights at a younger age would make you taller than you otherwise would have been. This is because lifting weights causes a release of human growth hormone HGF. If I could go back in time I'd do as many deadlifts, squats, pullups and bench presses that I could.

    Ipatan-aw lang gihapon sa doctor. Maybe wala nitukar karon kay nka pahuway ka gamay.

    Di ko mkalugar gym karon, maybe mudalikyat ra ug kadali, pero di pko maka-alsa this week, probably until april, daghan gikabusyhan.

    Hahaha, pasagdi-i to siya oi, kabantay sad gani ko, sukad nibug-at ako gi-alsa, di nko hapit tingugan. Sagdi lang to siya gud.
