    LOL. Not true at all. I just posted on another site na bati ang service sa BDO, grabe ang reaction confirming it is a bank wide, and not limited to one branch, phenomenon. Built in na sa culture sa bank. Mild ra kaayo ang reaction dre sa imong complaint sa Metro.

    Na-a sila'y attitude sa BDO na mora'g, "We're bigger than you." to the point na they think they are exempted from the law. I used to be with Equitable, when BDO took over lahi najud ang customer service. Needless to say, I don't do any business with BDO anymore.

    ang ako a ra jud reklamo sa mga banks kai kasagaran mo abot ka ug 1hour or more kung wala sa ATM imo gusto buhaton nga transaction
    pero sa BDO maayo nalang gali naa na sila internet banking.

    weather2x rana, mag depende na sa mood sa nag entertain nimo wala tay ma buhat ana na mga tao karun... ma lingaw pud ko anang ika sud nako sa banko nya sa isa ka counter taas na au linya nya ang uban counter kay "next counter please" =)

    i think the key to have smooth transactions with banks is to befriend the manager of that bank.... pero magdepende sad lage sa imung deposit....hehehe... smooth sailing ra gyud basta amigo nimu manager...adto ra mi diritso manager, xa na bahala....pero katong nailisdan ug lain manager, linya balik...hahaha...

    basta para nako mas nice ang serbesyo sa BDO bogo branch kaysa metrobank..

    wala nay ayo ang metrobank bogo branch..mga polpol ang mga guard diha..

    na ning samot ang metrobank bogo karon...instead nga mo mo arang arang ilang serbesyo..ning samot na gyud hinoon..laliman ka anang ning solod ko ug 11am.nakagawas ko 3pm na..pwerteng kapuya ug tindog kay wala nay lingkuranan..walay ayo gyud ning metrobank bogo..
