Complaining about something and actually trying to do something about it are two different things...

Basin mga reklamador mga ppl diri but most wouldn't bother doing anything about it or they feel helpless thinking that what they do won't affect anything.


I remember also, sa mga votes before, si Gibo to permi 1st sa polls diri sa istorya.. and vocal / sabaan kaayo mga pro-Gibo.. pero with the results, it turns out minority ra diay kaayo.. not even half ang votes nakuha... so the opinion of people here doesn't necessarily reflect that of the entire province/city of Cebu.
