Any employee is required to tender his/her resignation in 30 day notice prior its effectivity or else his salary or any compensation will be witheld . All of our past employees who did not follow this rule were published in the local newspaper inorder to warn other employers in hiring such employee.

    If you think that we have violated the labor law, you are free to file a illegal complaint which gives us the right forum to explain our side. But if you are just getting a revence thru the use of cyber bullying , stop now and tell the truth before I will find you and put you in jail .

    I don't think you understand the word queries . Webster defines it " question ". But what you are doing right now is bullying , means " to intimidate others by telling a lie.
    To give you example why everything you heard or told were lies; My former family driver died because of his sickness since he became my driver , his hospitalization and medicines were shouldered by the company, including his burial expenses . We have proof , vouchers and receipts to prove my claims. How about you ? Do you have a proof or you just heard it from others .
    Another case, we had an employee named " Dennis Cazar " who claimed that he was being mal treated by our company where infact he was caught stealing money from our company which later convicted of the crime. We have proof and records to show . You, do you have a proof of what you are saying in this forum ?
    I challenge anybody in this thread to prove your " storya " if you believe you are right .
    If anybody can tell me who are those making such bullying about our company , I will give a reward of 20,000 . Just call our office tel. 262-9945 / 412-4379 ..

The fact nga ni reply ka diri nga thread nga gi sugdan sa disgruntled ex-employee ninyo, nagpasabot lang na nga nahimo ning VALID ang thread para matubag ninyo ang mga allegations or queries (question... i don't have to search in google unsa meaning ana kay kabalo nako daan sa meaning ana, gibogoan ka nako?) sa inyohang ex-employees...

    Unya, if mag post diay ani nga thread ang inyohang mga tao that questions your integrity, just because dili mo kabalo mo defend or gikapoy mo ug defend, mo ana dayon mo nga "cyber bullying"? PAG TSUR oi......

For humanitarian reason, he was given a cash loan of 5,000 which to be deducted from his salary. Upon he received his first salary from the company , he left his job without any formal notice and leaving behind the undeducted amount of his cash loan. So, now you tell me who is doing the wrong thing ? And do we have the right to exercise our position as employeer to publish such employee to warn the public ?

I hope that you will have the nerve to retaliate back against those who "speaks lies" against you (in your POV).

    With the case that you present, I'm sure that certain Archt. Roy Yap signed some documents before he was granted the said loan. If that's the case, you, as the employer, can always go after him or file a case against him if you want. I guess once you do that, I'm sure he will SURELY pay his dues to you.

    And fyi, I don't waste my precious time to go after with my ex-employee just because he has unpaid loan of 3,000 . We just publish him or them , and maybe the new employeer will call us . I hope you will be enlighten of what you are doing and try to be a decent person sometimes .
