instead of the 300k budget we'll just discuss on tips in building a house. what materials to use in order to save and where to buy supplies here in cebu.

i did some research on on how to save one of which is if you want build a house with a larger space a 2 storey house is cost efficient since you'll save from building more foundation and roofing.

Please do post your inputs as well...

80 sqm & 2 storey house..wa man sad naghisgot sa materials sa balay...1998 nagpatukod ako mama og balay (2 storey house mga 70-80 SQM tanan)..it cost her around 100K (ang panday is my uncle from mindanao). of course daghan kulang cguro mga 150K complete najud to..pero barato pa kaayo ang materials ato (concrete 1st floor, amakan 2nd floor).. pero 300k karon basin mashort labi na kay 2 storey (plus pa if contractor jud imo kuhaon).

foundation also cost a lot especially building a multi storey house. so choosing a lot is crucial.mas mau kng mau ang lot like ligon nga yuta pra dli kau dako ang imu buhaton nga foundation.

sloping lot cost more ky you need to buy aggregates pra mlevel ang house. so mas maau ang plain nga lot.

bitaw, for estimates, the current costing is 16K per square meter man daw. basic and plain ra na, walay finishing, way painting.
